Suspension & Termination

god88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A Member is found to be under the age of 21;

Upon account termination for breach, god88 reserves the right to void any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money balances (excluding bonuses and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding fraud or chargeback investigation.
